Every piece of jewellery that leaves our workshop is designed and handcrafted to last a lifetime. We follow our jewellery through its lifecycle with our Warranties and our Cleaning and Care Guarantee to make sure you get the most out of your new Maya Magal piece.





Our two-year warranty covers all our sterling silver, gold plated, and solid gold pieces. Within this time we offer free repairs and replacements for any faults due to manufacturing defects. If you experience a defect with your jewellery, please get in touch with us through our contact form or visit us in any of our stores in central London to have our jewellers assess and repair your jewellery. Please bring or include your proof of purchase in your email as it is required to activate the warranty.

We continue to offer repair for jewellery outside of our Warranty for a cost price fee.

Please note, our warranty does not apply to the following situations:

  • Gold plated jewellery naturally wears off after a while, therefore re-plating isn't included in our 2-year warranty. We offer a separate warranty for gold plated pieces, meaning we will re-plate your jewellery free of charge within 1 year after purchase.
  • Loss of your MM piece isn't covered by our warranty. Lost one of your earrings? Please get in touch with us, we can issue you a 20% discount on the same earrings and possibly sell you one piece if able to.
  • Theft isn't covered by our warranty.
  • Some product exclusions may apply





We provide a 3-year care and replacement warranty on our bespoke pieces, covering metal work and gemstones. Designs featuring claw, pavé, and grain style settings must be seen by our jewellers for a complimentary check-up, clean, and polish every 18 months to 2 years in order for this warranty to remain valid.

Beyond our 3-year warranty, we provide a lifetime cleaning and care guarantee on all bespoke jewellery. We recommend you continue to bring your piece to us for a check-up, clean, and polish every two years. Please note, a charge may be applied in the case of lost gemstones or any damages or deterioration considered to be beyond expected wear and tear. In this case, the charge will be individually quoted before any work is carried out.

Please note, our warranty does not apply to the following situations:

  • This warranty does not cover theft or loss of your Maya Magal bespoke jewellery. We recommend all high value jewellery is insured under contents/home insurance or under specialist cover. We can recommend T.H. March.
  • This warranty does not cover damages caused by neglect or misuse, beyond the reasonably expected wear and tear, as based on the duration of time the jewellery has been worn.
  • Any third-party adjustments or alterations carried out on your Maya Magal bespoke jewellery voids this warranty.
  • This warranty does not apply to gemstones that were not sourced and supplied by Maya Magal. Loss of or damages caused by these gemstones are not our responsibility to rectify. However, we are happy to offer advice or to supply new gemstones where needed at an individually quoted price.

We offer a lifetime cleaning and caring guarantee with all MM jewellery. This means you can drop in anytime for a jewellery MOT. Our jewellers will polish and check over your piece to make it look fresh and sparkling again. They will also examine any links, stone settings and fastenings to ensure the lifespan of your jewellery.
