Behind each bespoke jewellery design, there’s the creativity and excellent design knowledge of our Studio Design Manager Nathan and the renowned skills and expertise of our in-house jewellers. The jewellers’ benches are located in our Islington store, feel free to visit us and have a look at our team working on bespoke pieces and our everyday collections!

Bespoke designs are available from £1000, the price of your bespoke jewellery piece will then depend on the metal used and the gemstones featured in your design. If you fill in our bespoke enquiry form, our Studio Design Manager Nathan will get in contact with you to set up a complimentary initial consultation, where you will be able to discuss the budget you had in mind for this unique, sentimental piece.

Yes, both our fine jewellery collection and bespoke designs are handmade using recycled gold. If you would like us to use fair trade gold, this is also an option, however in line with our sustainability practices we prefer to use gold that is already in the system to avoid the negative environmental impact mining can have. 

We are also more than happy to repurpose jewellery or gemstones you already own into new designs that are perfect for you. As one of the most sustainable ways to make jewellery, we are proud to offer this option as part of our bespoke jewellery service. 

The stones we use for our bespoke jewellery are hand selected by our founder Maya and Studio Design Manager Nathan. Based on your preferences and requirements, we work with UK based suppliers and we work very closely with family run businesses, independent local crafts-people, and trustworthy suppliers who have years of experience. This means we have the ability to hand select stones within the Kimberley process for white diamonds in particular.

All of our stones come with a certificate authenticating their weight and quality. We use different regulatory bodies like the GIA and IGI.

Our jewellers work in both 9ct and 18ct yellow gold, white gold and rose gold to handcraft our bespoke and limited collection jewellery. Both platinum and 14ct gold is available on request for certain commissions. Unfortunately we don't work in sterling silver for our bespoke pieces, however, we have a beautiful selection of  ready to buy sterling silver jewellery including our zero waste Lucid Collection, handcrafted in our London workshops!

A bespoke design is a completely custom piece designed and handcrafted to your wishes and requirements, using your preferred stones and metals. Our one of a kind rings are designed by Maya and then handmade by our jewellers to be purchased online or in our stores. Perfect if you’re looking for something entirely unique as an engagement ring or as a special addition to your own jewellery collection that you can take home right away.

While many of our bespoke customers are looking for unique, handcrafted engagement rings or wedding bands our bespoke service goes far beyond that. Whatever you have in mind, our jewellers love to bring your vision to life - whether that may be a ring, a bracelet, earrings, or a special necklace. 

Choosing the perfect gemstones for your bespoke design can de difficult. Our expert jewellers are happy to guide you on your journey to select the perfect gemstones. When choosing a gemstone you may consider the meaning behind the stone. For example, while white diamonds may be the traditional choice for an engagement ring, sapphires are a beautiful option as they are known to symbolise loyalty, trust, and faithfulness. You can also choose to incorporate a birthstone for further personalisation. 

We have a selection of unique, conflict-free gemstones  for you to view and choose from, but, if you prefer, we are also able to source a gemstone fitting your requirements or  repurpose a gemstone you already own into a new design.

Yes, repurposing your jewellery is a part of our bespoke service. we love giving new life to unworn family heirlooms and unique gemstones. We can melt the metal of your jewellery and use the gold to redesign and transform it into a piece that perfectly suits your taste. We can also re-use any diamonds and other precious stones to create a piece unique to you.

We love to repurpose your jewellery as it is one of the most sustainable ways of creating new jewellery, making this service an integral part of our sustainability initiative and in line with our core values.  

Our current turnaround for bespoke commissions is 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Ring sizing is tricky, we get it! We can resize your ring free of charge in case the size isn’t quite right. Have a look at our ring sizing guide here or we would also be happy to measure your ring size at your consultation. 

Each bespoke piece will require specific care based on the materials and gemstones used to keep it looking its best. Once your piece is completed we would be happy to talk you through individualised care requirements, but you can also find information on how to care for your jewellery at home in our Jewellery Care Guide. With our bespoke service we also offer complimentary re-sizing, repairs and re-polishing, as well as a lifetime guarantee.
