We seek a candidate for the role of Store Supervisor at our Notting Hill Store.
The Supervisor will be responsible for leading excellence in service, upholding standards of a luxury store presentation, managing workflows in assistance to the management team as well as coordinating the daily activities of a team of Retail Stylists. They will also be responsible for helping to grow our new piercing studio, as well as its day-to-day running. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, exacting personal presentation and have a desire to develop professional competencies, possessing willingness to fulfil the role with passion and dedication.

Key responsibilities
Store Roles
- Deliver excellence in customer service in a luxury environment in line with our brand values.
- Be a key player in achievement of commercial sales targets.
- Inspire and lead others in company objectives and brand presentation.
- Collating and reporting of sales, KPI and customer enquiries to management team.
- Deliver excellence in customer service in a luxury environment.
- Be autonomous in daily operations such as team coordination, key holding, store maintenance and inventory control.
- Have exacting attention to detail with internal processes such as repairs, alterations and customer requests.
Piercing Studio Roles
- Responsible for the ordering of supplies for studio.
- Accurate and correct stock handling of piercing jewellery.
- Ordering of piercing jewellery to replenish sold pieces.
- Manage day to day needs of our piercing team.
- Upholding and overseeing correct health and safety standards inline with our Special Treatments Licence .
What we’re looking for
- Experience in the retail sector in a full time capacity as keyholder or above is preferable, with an ambition to grow and succeed in a managerial role.
- The ability to sell products requiring specialist knowledge, with flair and ease.
- Experience of team leadership, and evidence of guiding others to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members, suppliers, and customers.
- A team player with the desire to lead a others with clarity of vision and professionalism .
- A commercially minded individual, motivated to achieve business KPI targets .
- The ability to prioritise and structure workflows to optimise efficiency.
Key skills
- Strong sales record.
- Strong computer literacy and communication skills.
- Strong customer service experience to be able to build a loyal customer base.
- Proficiency in office-based administration and management.
- A good knowledge of fashion based retail business.
- Experience in working with jewellery is preferable but not essential though must have a distinct interest in the sector.
- A working knowledge of Shopify or similar retailing platform.
