To collect your order from one of our London stores in Islington, Marylebone and King's Cross, select "Collect in store" at checkout. We will contact you via email once your order is ready for collection.
If you have purchased a made to order item, we will get in touch via email once it is ready for collection.
We hope that you love your new Maya Magal jewellery but if you need to return it for any reason, we offer a 14 day FREE return period for UK orders.

- All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in perfect condition.
- If the item was a gift, please provide the name or email of the person who made the purchase.
Please note:
- Products sold as part of a set must be returned together to be eligible for a refund/return
- We cannot accept returns on engraved, personalised or bespoke pieces, as they have been customised especially for you.
We will offer a full refund or repair any jewellery pieces found to be faulty/defective. Please return the faulty item(s) to us following the return steps outlined above.
