- UK Next Day Delivery (order by 1pm Mon-Fri) - £5 or FREE for orders from £250

- Delivery times for our made to order pieces vary. These items will be shipped once ready and we will notify you via email once dispatched.
- Postage is not refundable once your order has shipped.

- Courier & rates: We ship all international orders via FedEx Express International. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout using a live, variable-rate tool to secure the best rate for your destination at the time of your order.
- Delivery timelines: We aim to deliver all international orders within 2-5 days.
- Taxes & duties: All applicable taxes and duties are included at checkout.

To collect your order from one of our London stores in Islington or King's Cross, select "Collect in store" at checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. If you have purchased a made-to-order item, we will get in touch via email once it is ready for collection.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you love your new Maya Magal jewellery but if you need to return it for any reason, we offer a 14 day return period.
Items bought in the Winter Sale must be returned with in 7 days of purchase.
Extended Christmas returns: Items purchased from 17th November can be returned or exchanged up until 9th January (This does not apply to pieces bought in the Winter Sale).

All UK returns and exchanges must be submitted through our UK Returns Portal.

Please note, as a growing business, we’re currently unable to cover return shipping costs. A returns cost of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund when you use our prepaid label. You’ll see this charge displayed in the Returns Portal.

Faulty or incorrect items
On the rare occasion you receive a faulty or incorrect item - or if your jewellery requires repair - please contact us with your order number and the item name. Including a brief description of the issue and clear photos will help our team resolve this quickly.
Please return pieces in unworn, resellable condition, with the original packaging to protect the piece in transit. A member of our team will carefully check your return on arrival and once approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges & return postage
As a growing business, we’re unable to cover the cost of international returns or exchanges. Customers must arrange their own shipping back to us using a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for items until they arrive back with us.

Taxes, duties & original shipping
For orders shipped outside the UK, local taxes, customs duties and fees are not refundable, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Out of stock pieces in our collections can be made-to-order if the option is available on the product listing page. To start an exchange or refund on your made-to-order piece, please contact us.
Custom Pieces
We offer customisations on a selection of our pieces. Custom pieces are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Bespoke
Our bespoke pieces are created following a one-to-one consultation and personalised design process and as such, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
