In-Store Collection 

To collect your order from one of our London stores in Islington or King's Cross, select "Collect in store" at checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. If you have purchased a made-to-order item, we will get in touch via email once it is ready for collection.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your new Maya Magal jewellery but if you need to return it for any reason, we offer a 14 day FREE return period for UK orders.

  • Please get in touch with us to start your free return.
  • All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in perfect condition. Postage is not refundable once your order has shipped. 
  • If the item was a gift, please provide the name or email of the person who made the purchase.

Please note:

  • Products purchased from The Archive are not eligible to be returned or exchanged and are not protected by our usual two-year jewellery warranty, including free repairs.
  • Products sold as part of a set must be returned together to be eligible for a refund/return
  • Any Gift with Purchase item must also be returned for your product to be eligible for a refund/return.
  • We cannot accept returns on engraved, personalised or bespoke pieces, as they have been customised especially for you.
  • Gift packaging is non-refundable.

Made-to-Order

Out of stock pieces in our collections can be made-to-order if the option is available on the product listing page. To start an exchange or refund on your made-to-order piece, please contact us.

Custom Sizes

We offer custom sizes on a selection of our rings. Custom size pieces are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Bespoke

Our bespoke pieces are created following a one-to-one consultation and personalised design process and as such, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
