We work with 100% recycled solid gold, recycled sterling silver, and conflict free, responsibly sourced gemstones in our zero waste workshops. Our jewellery is handcrafted in London with materials intended to last a lifetime.

GOLD

Our solid gold pieces are handcrafted with 100% recycled solid gold to reduce our impact on the environment by limiting the need to mine for new precious metals. Our London workshops are zero waste, meaning any gold off-cuts or scraps are saved and repurposed for future designs.

Our creative collections are crafted in 9ct gold, while our bespoke pieces can be crafted in 9ct or 18ct gold, depending on your preference.

Our sterling silver jewellery collections are handcrafted in our zero waste London workshops by our skilled in-house jewellers.

We work with recycled precious materials to reduce our carbon footprint and to eliminate waste we repurpose all sterling silver off-cuts to use in future designs.

GEMSTONES

At Maya Magal we love to work with unusual and unique gemstones. All of our gemstones are conflict-free and sustainably sourced. Each one is handpicked by our Studio Design Manager Nathan and our Founder Maya.

We are proud to work exclusively with family-run businesses, and local crafts-people who uphold our beliefs and share our ecological and social values. Upon request, we can provide a certification document detailing the design and gemstone origins.

MATERIALS

With our bespoke design process you have the freedom and flexibility to choose your preferred materials and gemstones to create your perfect piece. We also love working with family heirlooms or your own special gemstones, repurposing these into a new design that’s perfect for you.

Our threadless piercing jewellery is crafted with 14ct solid gold and precious and semi precious gemstones such as lab grown diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, peridots, and opals. Our flat back studs have a medical grade titanium back post.

For our bespoke pieces we can guide you through individualised care requirements as it can vary for each gemstone and metal. We also offer lifetime re-sizing and polishing on all bespoke jewellery. We encourage our bespoke customers to stop by every few years for a complimentary, thorough check-up.
