1. Consultation

Bring your ring to our London studio. We’ll talk through what you love, what you don’t, and how you want it to feel on your hand - daily, not just on special occasions.

2. Design development

We sketch and refine new concepts around your existing stone, your gold, or both - focusing on proportion, comfort, and a setting that suits your life now.

3. Reworking the materials

Depending on what you have and what’s structurally suitable, we can reset your diamond, melt down your gold, or incorporate additional stones to balance and update the design.

4. Made at the bench

Your redesigned ring is handcrafted by our jewellers in London, finished by hand, and made to be worn every day.

Can I reuse my existing diamond?

In many cases, yes. We’ll assess your stone carefully and advise on the most secure, considered setting options for resetting.

Can you melt down my original gold?

Where structurally suitable, we can melt and refine your existing solid gold and use it in the new design. We’ll always assess what you have first and advise honestly.

What if I don’t know exactly what I want?

That’s completely normal. The consultation is designed to help you clarify what you love, what you’d change, and the direction that feels most like you - we’ll guide you through options with sketches and clear recommendations.

How much does an engagement ring redesign cost?

Prices for our engagement ring redesign service start at £1500. Each piece is different, depending on materials, complexity and craftsmanship. After your consultation, we’ll provide a clear quote so you know the exact investment before we begin.

How long does it take?

Our current lead time for bespoke commissions is 6-12 weeks. Timelines vary depending on the design, but we’ll confirm lead time after your consultation.

Do you work with lab diamonds and natural diamonds?

Yes- we work with both lab-grown and natural diamonds, as well as coloured gemstones, depending on your design and preferences.
