Our gift cards are redeemable online and in our three London stores. Every gift card also includes a complimentary 1:2:1 styling session with one of our retail stylists. Our experts-in-residence will take you or your loved one through our newest collections and help advise on your purchase.

Gift cards are delivered by email and include instructions to redeem and to book your optional styling session. There are no additional processing fees.

STANDARD DELIVERY
We offer free 1st class "signed for" delivery on all items in the UK.

Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days.

Royal Mail are currently not asking for signatures upon delivery for health & safety reasons.

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free international shipping for all orders over £75. 

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak there are currently delays shipping internationally.

 
COLLECT IN STORE

You can select "Collect in store" at checkout.

Currently the only store open is our Islington branch but keep an eye out for updates as this changes daily.


RETURNS
IN-STORE & ONLINE RETURNS 
We hope you love your new Maya Magal jewellery but if you need to return it for any reason, it will be stress-free. 
We have a 14 day returns policy.

A couple of things to keep in mind: sales items bought in store can only be exchanged, not refunded; All products sold in a set must be returned together to be eligible for a refund/return; We cannot accept returns on engraved, personalised or bespoke pieces, as they have been customised especially for you.

If you have experienced any fault with your piece, please accept our apologies. We offer a full refund or repair for any pieces found to be faulty/defective.

Please make sure to return the piece in the original packaging. Included with your returns should be: the order number and the reason why you want to return it. If you don’t know the order number, please provide the name or email of the person who made the purchase.
