Your e-gift card will arrive in your inbox through email, ready to be forwarded to the recipient at your convenience. Our e-gift cards can be used both online and in any of our three London locations. Details on how to redeem the e-gift card will also be included in your email. 

Gift cards have a two-year expiration date from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed or purchased in conjunction with discount codes.

Please send your return to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Custom size items are not eligible for return. See our delivery and returns page for more information.

Items bought in the Winter Sale must be returned with in 7 days of purchase.
