Through our bespoke design service we collaborate with you to bring to life your perfect engagement ring, giving you the freedom to personalise a key moment in your life.
With the support of our Studio Design Manager Nathan, we guide you through the entire journey from the first consultation to the final finished piece, collaborating on all the finer details along the way.
Gemstones, settings, and cuts
One of the most exciting steps in the bespoke design process is picking the gemstone, cut, and ring setting. We offer a variety of gemstones like emeralds, sapphires, and our beloved grey diamonds.
While we love the challenge of sourcing the perfect gemstone for your design, we also love to create bespoke designs with meaningful gemstones brought to us by you.
How long does it take to create a bespoke ring?
Our bespoke engagement ring design process currently has a lead time of between 4 - 6 weeks.
The process begins with a complimentary consultation in which we discuss your preferred materials and any specific design elements you have in mind. Then we start the process of handcrafting your ring.
Once complete, you will receive your bespoke engagement ring along with a care guide and, if requested, a valuation document, outlining the specifications and origins of your gemstones.
Aftercare for your bespoke engagement ring
We've created an expert guide with helpful tips on how to keep your new bespoke engagement ring looking its best.

How Long Does It Take To Create a Bespoke Engagement Ring?
Our bespoke engagement ring design process currently has a lead time of between 4-6 weeks. Within this timeframe Nathan will be assisting in the design creation and our jewellers will start hand making your unique piece.
In your complimentary consultation, we discuss your likes and dislikes, any particular material you want to see featured and any specific design elements. From there we start the process of finding the perfect gemstone. Each gemstone we source is conflict-free and has been individually chosen by Nathan and Maya herself.
Once complete, you will receive your bespoke engagement ring in a luxury Maya Magal box to keep safe until the moment comes. Alongside your beautiful box you will receive a care guide and if requested a valuation document which outlines the specifications and origins of your gemstones.
