IN-STORE & ONLINE RETURNS

We hope you love your new Maya Magal jewellery but if you need to return it for any reason, it will be stress-free. 

We have a 14 day returns policy.

A couple of things to keep in mind: sales items bought in store can only be exchanged, not refunded; All products sold in a set must be returned together to be eligible for a refund/return; We cannot accept returns on engraved, personalised or bespoke pieces, as they have been customised especially for you.

If you have experienced any fault with your piece, please accept our apologies. We offer a full refund or repair for any pieces found to be faulty/defective.

Please make sure to return the piece in the original packaging. Included with your returns should be: the order number and the reason why you want to return it. If you don’t know the order number, please provide the name or email of the person who made the purchase.

You can pop in to any of our central London stores to return an item.
