We offer free "signed for" delivery on all items in the UK. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days.
We offer a UK next day delivery service for £5.00 on all orders. The order must be placed online before 3pm, Mon - Friday.
If the order is placed on a Saturday the item will not be shipped until Monday.

We offer a full refund or exchange on any unworn full-priced jewellery in its original packaging when returned within 14 days.
Any sale item bought in-store cannot be returned, only exchanged.
Our 6 month guarantee on all gold plated items is not applicable to sale items.
